Day 13: Cabrón

The word cabra refers to a female goat, and the word cabron, to the male. Because of this, we call cabrón, or cabrona, to someone who is being cheated on by his or her romantic partner, while its almost never used this way, and we can used it to express someone is very tough or skillfull in something, or as a stronger replacement of “wey” with close friends. It also can mean someone is an asshole or a dick.

Ganamos el juego, por que somos bien cabrones.
We won the game because we are very tough.

¿Que pedo, cabrón?
Whats up dude (to a close friend)

Ese cabrón me cobro caro, y ni siquiera hizo un buen trabajo.
That asshole charged me a lot, and didnt even do a good job.
