Mexican slang way to call a girl with a big chest. Is disrespectful for a man to call a girl this way, and its used between girls, or between males, talking about girls. It comes from pechuga, the way to you cast a bird chest. Other ways to say the same are chichona, and tetona. You can use the masculine of this words, to express someone has manboobs, or has a huge, muscled chest.

Ex

Quisiera ser pechugona como tu. Mi pecho es muy pequeño. / I wish i had big boobs like you. My chest is really small

This is because most tamales are made of pork, and its very rare for them to be of goat meat, so hipotetically, you are giving the goat tamales to them, without telling them it isn’t pork or beef, lying to them.
